Our mission
NMBD Management Corp. provides structured, supportive housing and reentry stabilization services to individuals transitioning from incarceration — particularly those impacted by long-term confinement — through trauma-informed care that promotes housing stability, economic mobility, and successful community reintegration.
Read the full mission and our approachWhy this works
People released from long-term confinement often leave with no address, no identification, and no plan. Housing instability in the first weeks out is one of the strongest predictors of return to custody. Stability changes that trajectory.

Our Approach
Six commitments behind everything we build.
This is how NMBD shows up — in housing, in case management, in every conversation.
Take Ownership
Of your path forward — we support the work, we don't do it for you.
Build
Stability first — housing, routine, and trust, one step at a time.
Embrace
Support without judgment, for wherever you're starting from.
Inspire
Hope that's practical — grounded in real next steps, not slogans.
Achieve
Lasting independence — housing and employment that hold.
Commit
To community — reentry is a shared effort, not a solo one.
An honest note
We are a new organization.
NMBD Management Corp. was founded in 2026. We have no years of outcomes to point to yet, and we won't invent any. What we have is a clear mission, a defined set of programs, an incorporated nonprofit structure in California, and a commitment to reporting honestly as we grow. Everything on this site reflects where we actually are today.
