NMBD Management Corp. is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation serving individuals returning to the community after incarceration.
Mission & vision
NMBD Management Corp. provides structured, supportive housing and comprehensive reentry stabilization services to individuals transitioning from incarceration — particularly those impacted by long-term confinement — through evidence-based, trauma-informed care that promotes housing stability, economic mobility, and successful community reintegration.

A future where returning home from incarceration means a real chance to rebuild — not just a release date, but a foundation to stand on.
Why we exist
NMBD Management Corp. was founded to close a gap that data confirms and lived experience makes plain: the transition out of incarceration is often harder than the incarceration itself. We exist to make that transition survivable, and then sustainable.
From confinement to stability.
The need we address
Release without an address
Many people leave custody with no confirmed housing. A shelter bed or a car is not a foundation for parole compliance, employment, or recovery.
The long-term confinement gap
People returning after decades face a world that changed without them — banking, phones, transit, hiring, healthcare. Standard reentry programs rarely account for that gap.
Fragmented services
Housing, benefits, clinical care, and employment support are spread across agencies that don't coordinate. Navigating them alone, in week one, is a losing proposition.
A newly founded organization
NMBD Management Corp. was incorporated in 2026. We have no program history, no alumni, and no outcome data to report, and we will not present any until it exists. This site describes what we are authorized and organized to do, and it will be updated as programs launch and results become real.
